Declarations
Three declarations, one shared ambition: putting effective prevention at the heart of drug policy. From the science-based proposals of the Oviedo Declaration (2024) and the child-centred Eindhoven Declaration (March 2025) to the youth-led Global Youth Declaration presented at the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs, each calls for stronger protection, meaningful participation and sustained investment in prevention.
